My Book
Becoming a published children's book author has been a lifelong dream -- one rooted in storytelling, imagination, and the magic of family reading traditions. I'm beyond excited to share more about my debut children's book soon, so please stay tuned!
By day, I've worked in corporate communications and PR -- an industry where you’re always “on.” But I worked really hard -- even in the busy seasons -- to carve out moments to work on my manuscript.
Writing just for me, I set out to create something fun and unique. I kept thinking about the people who rarely get a break – spokespeople, small business owners, and, of course, Santa, a beloved figure in our household during the holidays.
That’s where the idea for my story began to take shape: What if Santa took some time off and popped up somewhere unexpected in the off season – sunglasses on, a twinkle in his eye?
That’s the spirit behind #SantaInTheSun, a playful social media campaign I created to offer sneak peeks without spoiling the full story. It's playful and engaging and offers fresh clues about my book before its release next year.
