I've had the privilege of living on both sides of a news story — first as a journalist at a major metropolitan newspaper and later in the world of corporate communications. Along the way, I learned that there's a third side to every story: the personal one.

 

Now, for the first time, I'm living that experience as the author of a book.

 

With the release of my debut children's book, Santa's Summer Vacation in Michigan, I've found myself at the center of the narrative — and it's an experience I'm treasuring.
